I was thinking of getting the 275's or maybe something different. If I go with something different I was looking in the 100hp range. What is everyones suggestions?

I think the best injector for mileage is the Dom's Mach 1. 6 injector.

I had 275's, then dd2's now mach 2's.

The best of those three in my truck, were the 275's, then these mach 2's.

I went on the quest for better mileage and just from what I've seen in this rig, after running about 6 different sets of injectors total (including stock) in about 158k miles of averaging the numbers, have seen about 1. 25 mpg average difference between all of them (more like 1 max). Now running RV275's and getting about 18. 5 combined hwy/city. That is as high as it has ever done with the exception of mach 1. 0's which were about the same. It's a 4x4. Almost always gets 12-12. 5 on trips towing a 28' fifth wheel.

I would say, choose your injectors according to how much power/egt's you want and your preferred way of getting it (combo of inj's, boxes, etc) and let the mileage fall where it may because it basically comes down to. . If you see smoke, you just wasted fuel. Also, if you're a lead foot, the bigger inj's will allow you to waste fuel quicker. If you're a conservative driver, there won't be as much difference between injectors. JMO

Biggest thing I have seen is the HTBG turbo. Which can make some since. I am saying that it puts more air in the engine, with less back pressure and that is why the mileage is up because it is burning every bit of fuel. Iknow of a guy that would use small shots of nitrous and would pick up several mile per gallon, he would just use the nitrous over like 10 psi on a dmax. My truck never got that great of mileage. 15-17 on the highway. Well I put in this htbg/14, changed the thermostat, and put in amsoil in the rear. Well my truck picked up 2 mpg. I was like what is going on. I then put in some DDP75HP injectors.

Hand calculated I am getting 20-20. 5. Overhead reads like 22. 2 or something.

I am taking into account the 285/75 tires. As my odometer reads lower with these on it. This has been done over a 550 mile trip that I make several times a year. Like I said I always thought my truck was terrible in the mileage department, my brother in laws Dmax was getting the same. Now He doesn't stand a chance. This was running 75 mph. I highly recommend the DDP and the HTBG/14. I am also running a drag comp, but it is on 1x1 all the time.
