injectors for MPG

I'm looking for a set of injectors that will add 70-100 hp but will also increase my mpg. So far I like what edge, ddp and mach are offering. Any ideas or first hand experience?

I've been researching awhile, and it seems that Flux injectors are as good or better than about anything out there. They're tested to 39,000 psi without failure!

From a fuel economy standpoint, injectors should be sized to other supporting mods (turbo, etc), but it seems that the Flux 1. 8's are about as large as you can go without comprising fuel mileage. Someone on another side recently dyno'd with the 1. 8's and gained around 110 h. p.

For the truck in your sig, you'll be after the mach series, flux would be 3rd gen injectors.



I ran Jammers by Edge for a while and liked them. I think that around 100hp would be perfect. I ran jammer 4's (125 hp) in my '01 6 speed and they got the same mileage as my old honed DDII's (80 hp). The best mileage I ever had was across ohio (FLAT) unloaded with my DDIIs with a tailwind I got 23mpg. I had 4 sets of sticks in that truck and sold it with DD Supermentals in it which got me around 19 mpg highway. I'd go with Mach 2s or Jammer 3s. That will give you a nice performance gain with decent mileage. I think the BEST mileage would be had with a set of mach 1. 6's or a mild 50 to 60 hp injector.



I don't have any experience on DDPs for 24v motors, but I run them on my 12V and they are SWEEEEEEET. I'm sure the 24v sticks are very nice also.

I like my F1 1. 6 injectors. With the comp on level 2 except to play I have seen somewhere between 2-3 MPG increase with my 410 rear.

I am running DDP's and like the earlier post said they are sweet! This is my second set, I had some 5+ first, huge power, easy to smoke and not smoke, good EGT's and huge power!



I'm currently running a custom set, around 150 hp, and love them! Very clean, good power, good EGT's and hand calculated 17. 3 all around driving.



I know that is not great but I run 350+ HP on injectors only and 450+ with the DC. Give Lenny or Ross a call, they will make you happy.
