Good ol Bosch 275 RV injectors work well. DK Diesel has the set for $425. Ebay has them for even less.

I think that is about what I paid for my new Bosch RV 275 injectors for my 99 at 220k about 3 years ago and they went on with no problem and have been satisfied with performance and mpg went up slightly also, but does smoke a little at low rpm and when turbo gets spooled up, smoke goes away and it sure starts better as I think that the stock injectors were getting so they did not spray any longer but squirted.

You didn't turn up the pump a little? Although the pump still considered stock, not on stocks setting is nice... had that setup on my 1st Gen.

You can't use a tuner on a 12V... its a mechanical pump.

OP has several threads in 24v section and mentioned in one that he thought he posted in 12v but somehow ended up here, since he's been getting replies for questions guess it now makes sense for him to continue? Or something keeps placing them here? Either way all good. Sort of stinks that, at least for me, you can't see signatures when on cell phone.

I thought a 2nd gen 12V still had mechanical pump, no electronic engine control.... thought that came with the 2nd gen 24 valve. If I'm wrong, my apologies. If I turned my Smart Phone sideways, I could have seen his signature. My bad.

But, I guess my saving grace I first installed 275s only on my 02 3500, before winning a set of Diesel Dynamics 2 injectors at a TDR event.

Industrial Injection in SLC, UT is a certified Bosch shop, so you can get rebuilt units cheaper than new. Everything’s replaced but the body and thoroughly tested. They are good at it! Went with their VCO version of the RV 275 injectors that are rebuilt due to Bosch not putting out anything new amidst the China virus.

Beware of eBay Bosch RV 275 injectors, the Chinese sold me a set that were fake, Bosch boxes and they try to make the info on the injectors themselves look legit, but they are just itchin to screw up your engine and/or make life miserable if you run them. Be sure to use Bosch’s authentication tools if you do go through eBay, honestly after my experience I’d rather pay more and get from a reputable shop. Little buttholes refunded me and said no need to return the injectors, if that don’t have they’re fake all over it I don’t know what would!

That isn't the case with 12 valve injectors. Brand new Bosch injectors cost lesss from several different sources than the Bosch shop in Austin charges to rebuild. Rock Auto sells mine for $75 apiece. Current price for BOSCH 0432193629 {#5013847AA} Nozzle / Holder Assembly is $73.79 but they only have 4 in stock. They also don't list RV275s.
