I have a set of stock injectors I am thinking of letting a shop "work" on for me now the questions

should I let them open up my stock injectors or my 300hp marine injectors

what is done to open them up (just a bigger tip, or new spring or both)

is it a good idea just antcy for some more power :D

Depends on who is doing the work, what there doing and the cost. I'd have to say get some 370's with that #4 plate as a cheap version, if you want to know what that fuels like I'll show you at the Dyno run in Lewisville.

sounds like a good Idea I will wait

maybe I can talk don into playing wiht them (I hear that he like to toy around with injectors):D

Sure but it's not any stronger than yours, I'll show you that on the dyno. By Nov. it will be totally different, at least that's the plan!

Jim

Drice, here is another one for you, at half throttle the truck hauls butt at 30 PSI and doesn't smoke if you roll into the throttle, then if you go to WOT the boost goes to 40 and the smoke trail is as long as you want it or as long as you can stand the guage pegged at 1500+. The plate is so far back that the adjusting slots aren't visible in the front or at least not much, what I'm saying is the plate is not half or full forward, so imagine what the temps would be if it were or the power with some air cause the 35 is done:D

plate

when I had my plate in (yes its out for now) I had it all the way forward and never had any BAD egt problems with it even out I guess I'm going to rip out my injectors and open them up this weekend then dyno it without the plate and then with it and see the difference hopefully this new bhaf will help a little only problem is that I will have to but my stock injectors back in till I get my big ones back :{

dang I will I could find that injectore puller I had

hey are the injector pullers teh same for 12 and 24 valve trucks ???
