injectors

hey guys. i was just wondering if at all, what are the differences, or preferences between the lucas prince of darkness injectors, and the bosch ones. both are supposed to add 40 to 50 horsepower, and 100- 104 pounds of torque. also, there is a guy selling some bullydog 80 horse injectors on ebay, are they too a respectable brand? thanks.

I can't speak for the bullydog injectors. Personally I would be leary buying used injectors on ebay. Both the Bosch and POD's are good injectors. The Bosch don't produce the hp that the POD's do, but smoke less. Price wise the Bosch are somewhat cheaper than the POD's. If you don't mind the smoke than go for the POD's.

Just a word of advice if you are going to different injectors get yourself a set of gauges first. The minimum is a pyro (mounted pre-turbo) and a boost and if you drive an automatic you may also want to add a temp gauge for the transmission.

yeah, i didnt really want to get the bullydogs, kinda for that reason that they are used. ive just never heard of them before. the pod's are more what im looking for. i allready have my pyrometer, and i have a 5 speed manual. i also have a boost gauge. thanks for the info, and ill keep hunting for that bargain. thanks for your input.
