Joe,
When I was "first infected" with the Bombing Bug, The VA & 275's were my first performance mods. At the time, I was very happy with that combo. It really worked well, and there was very little smoke. Perhaps a slight puff when shifting from 3rd to 4th, or if you should lug the motor. I have also heard that the Diesel Dynamics Stage 1's and the VA are also a very good combo, delivering more power than the same combo w/the 275's. Search the archives, there has been a wealth of information posted on the quest for more power. Just be forewarned - this Bombing stuff is addictive!
Good luck & have fun!

Joe,I put Bullydog Step II's in my dad's '00 6spd 3500 with 4. 10's. This seems to be perfect. Normal driving no smoke. If you stand on it,it will smoke a good haze at the shift points. Very managable egt when towing. I hope this helps... ... Blue PS. We do have a VA and PS boost module

Joe, do you have a boost module and elbow yet? Depending on how much more power you want, plus whether you have a 5,6 speed or auto, the 275's will vary on how much more power they add.

I currently have the EZ and 275's with an Auto, and it was too much for the stock Auto, so I addded the DTT VB and TC. This made a tremendous difference on how much power made it to the rear wheels.
I do get some smoke, but just starting off and if I give it alot of pedal. Plus, the EZ is on the highest setting, which fuels more than the VA off of idle.

Before, the transmission mods, the fueling combo was too much when towing. It would slip the lockup clutch.

I do have the va and boost module that i like very well i just wont to know If i put the 275 in how much will it help I have the 3500 5 speed with 355 rr axle. Thanks Joe.

Joe the DD1s or Bosch 275s would be a good compliment to the components you already have. I used to have a VA+Bosch 275s+DD Boost Module and found the combination to work very well together, producing virtually no smake (for me). I would also like to point out that I utilized a Banks wastegate actuator (pre Big Head version) with my OE 12 cm2 turbine housing as opposed to using the supplied DD modified wastegate fitting. I decide to go with a set of DD3s which replaced my VA and Bosch 275s. After several months now I'm still glad I made the upgrade.

Joe, cscpusher is correct... if you have an automatic transmission you had better address the necessary upgrades there prior to adding more power. I also started slipping my TCC within several days after adding my VA to the Bosch 275s.
