Insight software by Cummins

Does anyone know if Insight software by Cummins can be used to modify an 03 computer?

I was wondering the same thing I work on class 8 truck but don't have any 5. 9s. But I work on a lot of m11 n14 and isx. The data port is not an obd11 port so I was thinking there might be an adapter that goes to it or one that goes dierectly into the computer.

Unfortunately, it appears there are no Cummins service tools whatsoever that are capable of interfacing with the ECM. It's discussed a bit in this thread, and a lot in this one.
