Install a limited slip diff in 2002 Ram 2500 TD

I really like my 02 Ram with the Cummins diesel but why they don't come standard from the factory with a limited slip differential is completely beyond me.



Could anyone recommend a good/honest shop in the DFW area where I could take my 02 Ram to have a Limited slip differential installed for a reasonable price. I checked the local Dodge house and the service advisor told me it would easily cost several thousand dollars. :--) Help please I'm tired of getting stuck in wet grass trying to back a trailer.

There is a place in League City called The Shop that put my locker in. That is a little south of houston but I have yet to hear anything bad about them. Shoot me an e-mail if you want and I'll call you with there phone number. I have a loc-rite locker that was installed by them. Both wheels spin not just one. Oo.
