When i installed mine, here's what i did: jack up the truck at the axle so the entire front end is high enough to remove the tires. Continue raising it about as high as a regular floor jack will go. Jackstand both sides at the frame. I used chains to secure the coil springs in this compressed position. (of course the shocks are already out). Now, very, very slowly lower the axle until the old spacer can be removed. Pay attention to the brake lines stretching out as you do this. Now continue lowering until there is enough room to get the new spacers in there. Basically reverse procedure to button everything up. You may need a front end alignment after this. My 1500 went real easy, my 2500 took several tries at getting the coils compressed enough to allow room when the axle was lowered. Be extremely careful with those coils though. Check often to make sure those things are secured.
Good luck

I just received a set of the front coil spring spacers - but no directions. I've got the service manual out - to remove the springs, it says to disconnect the upper and lower control arms, track bar, shocks, etc. Is this the same as the instructions for installing the spacers? If not, please give me some advice/instructions. Thanks guys.
