Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Installed 4k GSK, now where should I set the valves?

I just put a 4k GSK in and I was wandering if I should set the valves at 10 and 20 like cummins recommends or should I go a little tighter? I ran my 2001 at 8 and 18. I've heard of 6 and 16. What do you guys recommend?
