On Thursday, I installed a new lift pump and the Piers 7psi Pusher pump kit. At idle (with my mods) it reads 21-22. With the powermax on 9 and my injectors it will drop to 4psi. Is this ok or is there another problem? I have the Isspro mech fuel guage installed. When I first installed this the guage would drop back to zero when you shut the truck off, now about a week after the install it will only drop to 2-3 when the vehicle is shut off. It will stay this way until the next morning and then the needle will have dropped to 1-but it will not return to zero. Could this be a faulty guage-or does the needle "stick" occassionally?

Any info will help.

Thanks,

Dino

Dino. . Something is wrong! Your'e fuel pressure at idel is right on between 21-20 psi, however, it should read probably not less then 15-16psi WOT. Double check your gauge and isolator. The line probably needs more anti-freeze.

ditto

something is wrong

with my set up I cant get below 6 psi w/pm3 on level 9

cant get below 8 psi w/pm3 on level 6

and I dont have a pusher just stock lift pump

I do have bigger lines but thats all

you have a bigger box which should be a super sucker of fuel but with a pusher you should still get more psi than I am

my isspro gauge is brand new so dont know yet what can go wrong with them

do you have an isolator and such?

I do not

just a fuel line running right to the gauge with a pin valve to cut down on the pulsing
