A nice product, uses factory holes. only required drilling is the bed, AND the plastic inner wheelwells if so equipped. Some of the bolts are hard to get to, plus the fact that they require 90 ft. pounds of torque make it a slightly tougher job

now i need to rent a goose and pull it around to give the cummins a change to really work!

B&W a Great Hitch!

The trailer dealer up here in ND that I pulled new trailers back from the factories in KS the last 8 years or so gets all their hitches two or three pallets at a time in the back of one of the new trailers coming back. I pulled 8 or ten loads of several pallets of hitches at a time back myself over the 5 or six years this dealer has been installing B & W. I did not bring them all back.

I only took ONE defective/damaged hitch back in all those years. It was one the dealer had in one of his delivery trucks (F250 Powerstroke). One of the drivers had a head on collision pulling a load of flatbeds (grossing 30K+). Truck was totaled, bent the front axle, etc. No one killed or even seriously hurt. The Ball from that B & W bent but did not break. Rest of hitch was fine. B&W warrantied the ball even thought they said the amount of pressure required to bend the ball was incredible as they tried to bend then and could not.

I have 220K miles on my B&W hitch. Ball is a little worn but everything works fine and is still tight. The previous hitch (flip up ball) had 3/4" of side to side play at the top of the ball after only 100K miles.
