Wow do they wake up a cummins!! The overall driveability of the truck is verry nice, the engine seems to idle and run smoother than before. The exhaust drone seems less too!! (My girlfriend commented on that one :-{} ). It does smoke under hard accelleration and quick throttle smashes but it's definately not going to get me pulled over by the police. Before the injectors I was running 50-70MPH(5th) in 5. 7secs, now it's 3. 8 :--) I'm really happy with my purchase. EGT's can get out of sight quite easily, 1400f comes within 10secs. These should keep me happy for a while. (I hope!!)

John, congrats!!!

I loved mine on my 2nd gen... . Want another kick in the pants??? Try a camsahft :-laf

Cheers, Bill

I did some passing times today. On every trial I started about 10MPH slower to build boost then started the clock at the start speed and stopped the clock at the end speed. I did the same procidure on every trial. Here are my results

40-60MPH in 4th 3. 1 secs

40-60MPH in 5th 4. 1 secs

50-70MPH in 5th 3. 4 secs

50-70MPH in 6th 4. 3 secs

60-100MPH in 6th 9. 1 secs

How do these compare to people with "a real comp"!!!

what are you using for electronic boost fooling and wastegate control? what kind of boost numbers are you seeing?

The banks Big Hoss takes care of boost fooling too. I baught a boost elbow from the TDR classifieds and I've adjusted it to a max of 36-37lbs at the MAP sensor where the Banks kit measures it. Even with the higher boost 1400F comes on really fast!

It should too. Just with the 2's, the truck would make ~310rwhp. Add that other box and it should make over the 350rwhp we generally say is the limit for the stock HX-35.

Time for a new turbo. :)

Does a PDR35/12 handle 350hp, OK? of do i need a bigger housing. DD2 and super tunere on max. DD2 go in next month.

Not a bad estimation! I just did 355 / 903 today. Some people really know their stuff!
