Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
This week I install a reman Steering Gear on the former Frank Simkowski truck. I guess 180,000 miles of 36" tires and a sticky steering stabilizer put the "whammy" on it.
Straight forward swap... Used the TDR advice & found the best price for a gear at AutoZone ($189. 00)... Not my favorite auto store but it was her money.
We also installed new P/S pressure (P/N 7-2402 NAPA) & return (P/N 7-2390 NAPA) lines because of old age & corrosion.
Keepin' it between the ditches...
