Installing BD Short Shift today, and last advice?

Installing BD Short Shift today, any last advice?

Today is the day, any last words of wisdom before I start the operation?? Is locktite on the bolts still recommended? What kind of sealant to use?? thanks in advance... ... .....

I would put the BD spacer under the rubber isolator spacer. Not sure about the sealant. Locktite wouldn't hurt either.

Don't put it in!

Some 2001 owners have experienced shifting problems after install... I was one of them, thought a clutch problem, ended up a BD short shift problem. If it doesn't work right off the bat and no sticking, hard to get into gear problems, then it probably will be "ok". If any of the above, take ASAP. You could do damage to your trans.
