Archived installing gov kit- I got out 4 springs, not 3!

I am in the process of installing the 3000 gov kit in my 96, and I got out 4 springs, not 3! The instructions say to re-use the big spring, install the 2 new springs, but no mention is made of the 4th very small spring.



Do I re use is or toss it?
