Instrument Cluster Issues

I have a number of issues with my cluster. When parked my speedo sits at 10km/hr it never sits at zero. While driving the ABS light will come on the go off intermittently as well the Brake light and air bag light will also come on and go off intermittently. The fuel gauge will on occasion drop to past empty and then pop back up again to the proper level. As well after driving for approximately 21/2 hours without stopping all the gauges will fly hard right and then all completely to the left and none of them woork as well all the idiot lights come on. I have to pull over shut the truck off wait for 30-45 seconds then re-start and all is ok again for another 2 1/2 hours or so... has anyone else experienced this? 2004 2500 4x4 quad 5. 9HO with Bully dog PMT
