Insulating matt above transmission/transfer case

My matt has fallen down. Some of the plastic washer/nuts have fallen off and the matt is wrecked. Has this happened to anyone else? Have they replaced it or left it alone. Plastic washers might be ok but the push on nuts are kinda cheesy.

the insulation mat on 03 self destructed over 350,000 mile,had to pull trans for rebuild while it was out i cleaned and covered the under side uf the floor with dynamat extreme,well worth the time and money,noticeably quieter inside

I agree it is a cheap way to hold it on, I have had issues with mine as well.
