Intake Air system

I am interested in Geno's AFE intake system to boost my mileage. I currently did a solo round trip (LA to Vegas) at 18. 8. For those of you that have this set up, did it increase mileage? There was also a recent post of a competitors system that wasn't as pricey.

Check out my Readers Rigs gallery. Price was well under 200 and that includes the new intake tube. Very good kit IMO.
