Intake and Exhaust mods on 2008

I am picking up my 2008 Mega Cab this week. What intake and exhaust mods are available for the 6. 7? Are these mods needed if you don't add a tuner box? How about these mods helping mpg?

I added a AFE stage 2 with pro guard 7 filter to mine. Dont know about mileage increase but it made the turbo sing. I just sold my truck,If your interested in it PM me. It has less than 2000 mi. and includes the cleaning kit.
