Except for dress up , I do not think that there is much use to most intake , unless your moding to the point of compition level , HP over some thing like 600-700+ , the head will only pass so much air , when you start getting near the high you will need a hole lot more than just an air horn , everything from the ft. of the truck to the tail pipe to realy make a dif. , then the dif. is not the % of effcency but , rasing the % of getting prize money , huge $$$.
Bigger cooler , cooler hoses , airhorn , intake man , port & polish heads , exhaust man. , turbo , exhaust system , all the part half to be flow matched to find the choke points , to make each piece about equal to the next in the system .
This should give the idea if you want a little more HPs , that there are a lot of places to put your $$$ 1st ,
Made the mistake of not looking at your link 1st , I was thinking of airhorn , the filter boxes its about the same , I think the best for the dollar is the drop in new filters from Amsoil Ea series , The boxes haven't proven to make that much dif. but changing filters are helping .
But again they sure look nice , so make youself happy .
