intake restrictions

I was looking at the intake vent on my truck,
looks to be quite efficient. A vent under my bumper to a cold air box to a large hose to the turbo... etc
can this system be improved upon??????
how many 1st gen. truck have 300hp to the wheels without drugs??
i'm shooting for 300hp
got the 16cm housing,
full load 1 turn cw and fuel delivery rate on the pump adjusted 90 degrees cw
and a low restriction 3" exhaust with the walker muffler on order...
im planning on injectors soon
whats the gain with those? 30-40hp to the wheels??
where else could i gain signifigant hp without drugs??

I toyed around with a bigger intake pipe, but calculated that the one it's got is plenty big enough.

I basically have the same truck as you. My goals are slightly less but still lofty. I've done the K&N, 16 cm2 housing, the free flow 3" exhaust, and my Power Wagon injectors are ordered. My next project will be an intercooler which is a must for that kind of power. I am also hoping not to have to do a radiator swap to keep this cool. I have never checked my horsepower nor have I touched my pump.
