Integrated Brake Controller

I seem to have an issue with my '11 brake controller. It seems to lock up the brakes on my 14' cargo trailer no matter where I set the boost at, and sometimes the percentage will jump all over the place with a steady amount of pressure on the pedal. Then today I hooked up the Fifth wheel (13,500 lbs) for the first time and with it set at 8. 5 the percentage never got passed 30 no matter how hard I pushed on the pedal. Should I take it in or could I be setting it incorectly?

I've only used the integrated controller on my Wildcat, and it seems to work fine. There may be some problems in your brake wiring. Check out the ohms at the magnets.

If you are having problems on two different trailers than most likely you have bad controler. Take it in and have the dealer look it over and ask if they need the trailer hooked up to it to dupilcate the problem.
