Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) intercooler boot diameter size 24v

Does anyone know the diameter of the in clamp for the intercooler boot on a 24v. I need to buy one before my new turbo get here and I am not sure of the size I am going to need

3. 5" is the boot size, so a clamp that can adjust from say 4. 5" to 3" will work--if you order it from PDR or another of the onsite diesel vendors they have the right size clamps for all the boot connections ---chris

Thought they are 3. 75-3. 00 off the intercooler ?

I'm pretty sure it's 3. 5 on the innercooler and 3" when it goes to the pipes-but thats the inside diameter of the boots--so you'll need a tad bigger for the clamps though that's why I gave the range--I know I have one floating around here, but now I can't find it to measure it---chris
