Interesting day today

Went to vets to get horse drugs,while standing there the phone rang and one of the employees answered and then looked around and asked if any one there was driving the white Dodge parked out front. I said I was. she handed me the phone and some guy said he was driving buy and saw it and wanted to know if I wanted to sell it. I thought a second and said yea. Its $15,000. While it was more then he had thought. I did thank him for the interest. Left the vets and went to Rite Aid drug store in next little town. Pulled in and was just getting out when two guys in a power stroke pulling a flat bed trailer parked and came walking up looking at me and my truck. The driver said nice,Dodge and CUMMINGS now thats the MAN! All in 20 minutes or so.

Makes you happy when someone asks if its For Sale. I have had a couple of people come up and knock on the door and ask. I live on a dead end street so how they found my truck setting in the drive way I have no idea.

Kinda neat ain't it..... I've honestly lost track of home many times I've been followed to work or had notes/cards left under the wipers asking to call them if it's for sale.....

after a while you get paranoid and start looking out the window to see if it's still in the lot... ...

When my wife and I were looking for a new jeep for her I got SO tired of the salesmen asking if I wanted to trade it in or sell it. "I've got a buyer for it right now" they would say. After a while we started parking away from the dealer and walking to the lot. One guy was so bold, he was standing (with a pair of binoculars in his hand) waiting for us.

But deep down inside I was thinking, Yea dude, it's a nice truck and it belongs to me.

Strangers talking...

Well nobody has offer me money yet... A couple of folks have stood around while I was parking. My kids ask, "Why is that guy staring at us?" When we get out they just want to talk trucks. Paint, maintainance, reliability, fuel mileage, whatever. Diesel transportion, what a concept. Look what's coming out next year in the truck and car market
