The following post could easily have some truth to it. I searched my user names for a couple of sites and found a few hits but nothing that pointed to TDR. Just some dieselstop stuff and shooting stuff. Something to keep in mind though when you go in for waranty work.

A friend of mine is getting his '03 PSD bought back. They are giving him window sticker price on his against window sticker price on a new one. He said that there were a few problems on the early '03's and if Ford sees any mods they void the engine warranty. No warranty - no buyback.
