2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission interior, cargo, and radio not working

My buddy gave me his aftermarket radio out of his 97 W2500 to put in my 01 D2500. It already had the adapter plug on it. One of the power wires had been spliced and taped. The bare wire was partly exposed and when i went to put it in the dash, it hit the antenna plug and did the normal when a neg and pos come in contact. I soldered and shrink tubed all the wires before reinstalling. Plugged it it and nothing. Didnt have time to work on it because my wife had to go to work. She called me on her way home and said the interior lights was not working. When she got home I checked all the fuses in the cab and under the hood. All were good. Checked the radio fues, it was fine. Getting power to the radio plug. Tryed hooking up the radio directly to battery to see if it was working, its not. I could care less about the radio for now. I dont know what to do next. Is there another fuse in the factory wirering harness? Any help would be appreciated.

Are the headlights working? All that stuff goes through the headlight switch (except the radio).

Check the IOD fuse it in the panel drivers door. It is covered with a plastic cover and not easy to identify. check the fuse diagram on the inside cover of the fuse box if you have trouble finding it.

Yes the headlights work. The iod fuse was the only one I didn't check. It was burns out. Replaced the fuse and the lights work. Thank you for the help. I will try the radio again and report back.

I have the same problem except the IOD fuse isn't burned out...any ideas?
