Sorry if this was brought up, but Ive been searching for awhile now

I realize that the interior options on these trucks are either leather or cloth

however, are tan and gray the only interior color options?

And just curious, if that were the case, do any of the 1500 rams have other colors and could their interiors swap into ours? How bout a dakota or is it too small?

thanks alot guys

Im only asking because I read somewhere that on the 1500 rams there was a black cloth interior option but Ive never seen it...

I think the only options were tan, mist grey (light grey), and agate (dark grey, almost black). I don't know about 1500 options.

It depends on which year your asking about. Since the 2nd Gen. trucks debuted in 1994, Dodge has offered a light blue, beige, light maroon, dark charcoal grey, light grey and camel tan interior colors. In addition, they changed the interior a little in 1998.

As for the 1500s, most, if not all, interior pieces from a 1994-1997 1500 should swap into a 1994-1997 2500 or 3500. As I said previously, Dodge changed the interior in 1998 and while some parts (i. e. seats, door panels, some pillar panels) will probably swap into a 1994-1997 Ram, there some (i. e. dash board, steering column and wheel) that won't without some slight modifications. Now, no parts found in a 2002 1500 will swap because the 2002 1500 was the first Ram to undergo the 3rd Gen make-over.

As for the Dakota interior stuff, aside from the seats (which are probably too small and would require custom mounts), most likely nothing will swap over.
