2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Interior noise reduction

Has anyone or does some company offer a modifications to reduce the engine noise in the cab. I just purchased an new 2002, 2500 Quad Cab HO, SB and would like to reduce the noise. The hood has no liner is there a reason like turbo heat or was Dodge saving money.

My 2001 built in Mexico has hood and firewall insulation and a very generous coat of goop underneath from the firewall to the back cab area.



only place they missed was the back cab wall which I did myself.
