Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) intermitant no start

would a po336 cause a no start condition? lift pump will not run when starter is bumped. lift pump runs when key is turned on for 2 sec. after market lift pump relocated. 15 psi fuel pres. when running truck will start with a shot of silicone spray. help its driving me nuts

Yes it could. The ecm needs the signal to know that the engine is turning over. What year is truck? Please fill in signature then we can help more.
