I have been running the heck out of the pickup with a lot of hauling the last few weeks. Nothing too heavy, but lots of grades with 1050*-1150* sustained for 10+ minutes at a time. Water temp also got up to a little over 200*. However, I have developed a slight miss. It just doesn't idle all that smooth. It seems like it will miss when idling every couple of seconds. i have changed fuel lines with Larry B's, new Overflow valve, and a new fuel filter, and cleaned precrean. Any other ideas. Could I have a bad injector? Would a fuel additive be worth trying. Thanks.
Oh one more thing, when I prime the lines with the lift pump and I start getting pressure, somewhere in the system, I get a squeek where the pressure is being relieved and it doesn't really seem like its from the overflow valves. Could this be the culprit?
