Archived Intermittent Fuel Problem?????

My 92 developed a intermittent miss under normal acceleration. It acts as if the fuel shut off solinoid is momentarily loosing power! I checked transfer pump PSI and it reads 5. 5 to 6 psi. Starts and ideals fine, it's while under normal acceleration that it malfunctions. When you mash in the clutch in during malfunction it drops to a normal idle. It's currently at the local dealers and they can,t seem to find the problem. "HELP" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only time mine has acted that way is with a partially clogged fuel filter. Did you or the dealer try changing the filter?

Likewise here, exact symptoms on more than one occasion when I either got bad fuel or postponed filter replacement. Shops are notorious for replacing expensive items first and checking simple things last if at all. R C
