Intermittent Oil Pressure Reading

I have read THerman's post regarding problems with intermittent oil pressure readings and all of the posted replies. I too am getting "on-again off-again" oil pressure readings as of this morning.



As I do not have a shop manual for my truck (shame on me) I would like to know where the oil pressure sending unit is located so I can eliminate the possibility of a loose electrical connection.



I am not much of a mechanic, but may have to head in that direction to keep my sanity.

The oil pressure sensor is #22 on the diagram, located below and to the right of the fuel filter, and to the left of the lift pump.
