Is 7 too high for my Aluminum reading in oil report?

My latest Blackstone Oil Report is shoing that my Aluminum is up to 7 and that Potassium is up to 32. I use Rotella 5W-40 Syn. Blackstone's comment was as follows: Aluminum, from the pistons, continued to increase in this sample. Postassium also increased, which may show a coolant problem getting worse. " My coolant level looks ok under the hood. How do I know if I really do have a problem? Thanks for any suggestions.
