Is anyone else having trouble with this site right now

Check out the very bottom of the forum list and see if you click on show ignored content of that helps out. Possible it got clicked on, but I can see "others" in my feed. Political I had blocked from my news feed. I have to manually search it out with the ignore feature.

Thanks Tim. I made sure and clicked on "watch threads" and even clicked on ignored threads and it show "none" Yet the e-mail joke thread does show....

Nick, I think everything should show up EXCEPT the Political Forum. You have to seek that one out. I could be wrong. Usually am

The site will not load for me at all now, only if I go to Internet explorer, then it will...what a pain...

What version of Internet Explorer are you using from which version of Windows?

I have Windows 10, default is Windows Edge. I tried Internet Explorer as my browser but it is really slow, so I tried Firefox and it was slow too. So I went back to default and now the site works. Some days it will be off for several hours. No clue why. TDR is the only site I have trouble with on a consistent basis. I am not computer literate so it takes me hours sometimes to fix things.

No problem was trying to discover were problem could be,Win 10 for most part is sometimes doing updates in the background you cannot see causing slow response.

There are times when Watched Forums shows forums with new posts. I go to a forum, go through the new posts, and click the back button. And the remaining forums no longer correctly display the 'new posts' indicator. Sometimes going forward and back again corrects the display; sometime I have to go back to the home page and click Watched Forums again. Similar things happen when visiting a forum with unread posts. I go to a thread with new posts, read them, click Back, and other threads that had new posts no longer have the indicator. Just now, looking at the 2nd Gen forum, the thread I just read vanished from the list when I clicked Back. But the forum display was OK when I went back again and re-entered the forum.

I occasionally--rarely--see DB errors. For example, I might click "Mark All Forums Read" and it usually does just that. But sometimes it grouses that it can't. Go back and try again and it's OK.

But it happens inconsistently and irregularly. There are days, even stretches of day, when the system seems flawless.

I only have 2nd Gen, Other Veh, Other and Politics forums in the watched list.

It's been happening 2-3 months now, or longer. I would *almost* suspect something flaky in DB read/fetch operations, especially if it's related to system load; I haven't seen any evidence of data corruption, only oddities seemingly related to fetching and displaying data.
