Anyone installed a Raptor lift pump?

My raptor lift pump is dying and the warranty replacement won't be here till Friday. Truck runs fine as long as it's not wot. Can I limp along like this till the new one gets here or will it do some sort of harm by only running 1psi fuel pressure?

I think it would be okay, as long as you're light on the throttle and keep the gauge no lower than 1psi.

Positive pressure at the CP-3 means it's getting the fuel it needs, so it should be getting adequate lube.

The CP3 pumps are basically the same as the ones on the Duramax's and they don't use a lift pump at all, the CP3 sucks from the tank. I would think you are fine to drive "normal" for the short term without any negative impact.
