Is something wrong Boost problem

I was driving the truck to lake this weekend. When i noticed that my outlook monitor was only reading 26 psi of boost. So i checked the mechanical gauge an it would read 40psi at wide open throttle. Also the monitor when sitting still is bouncing between 0 psi & 10psi. This reads of the computer so does this mean the boost sensor is bad or is there a boost sensor that the computer reads. Truck seemed to run alright but something did not feel right like it was not pulling as hard as it use to.

I believe the ECM gets it boost reading from the Map sensor but I could be wrong!

I fixed it. It was nothing. I forgot the bully dog monitor had to be plugged in before the ts box
