Is the stock turbo flange a T03?

If so, does anybody (say II or HT) make a turbo like a SPS 62/12 with a T04 flange? I'd call them and ask but TDR is open for business and they are not, at least not until Monday morning.

yes the stock '04 has a T3 flange. I do believe II makes a T4 or two.
