Is the wiring already there?

Ok, so my buddy just bought a 2006 quad cab lomg bed diesel 4x4 6spd after alot of searching. He'll b the second owner and wanted to put towing mirrors and power locks/windows in/on it. He askt me if all the wires were there even tho has crank windows? Thanks 4 any help.

Not sure of others' findings, but when I installed towing mirrors on my *ST*; there was no wiring for the mirrors or anything else.

I am not sure about our trucks but I have seen other brands, have their upper trim packages option's wiring there but not the options. The strange thing is that most the time when I saw this is it was in older cars. ( 80s and 90s) Sorry if I couldn't help much. Now all you have to do is take the door panels off and search for unplugged wire connectors.
