Competition Is there a "Lee's Inn" at Scheids

some of muncies most memorable moments happend at Lee's Inn ...



is there a motel at Scheids that has a similiar parking lot atmosphere?



I know it's late in the game but the wife and i had such a ball at muncie that we don't want to wait another year



and what is the dyno schedule for Scheids?



won't be able to leave untill friday night ... but we both got monday off

If I make it to Scheid's - it would be good to stay at a place where everything happens.

Drury Inn is the place IMO.

But, it is nothing like Lee's Inn.

We might have to work on that a bit!!

It will be realy sad to loose Muncie in the years to come if for nothing more than the loss of Lee's Inn. The Drury in is definatly the place to be after the pulls in Terra Hautte, but the city is much more strict there, last year they even started to issue tickets for too much smoke.

There's talk the promoters are considering moving TiM to Indianapolis. Have heard many don't want it, but the money usually wins out.

The problem I see with this is that most of us will still go, even if it's 'not as good as last year', so the promoters will ultimately get away with whatever they want. This was my first year going there - I missed the fun at Lee's Inn, had to stay in Fort Wayne because of the Wife and baby. I won't be too happy if next year isn't better than this year was.
