Not here there isn't. I do believe there are video hosting sites out there but I've never looked into it because the few files I've wanted to put up I've been able to on the page my ISP provides. With the amount of traffic we get video's would use up way too much bandwidth.

well, if you are technically inclined you could host it on your own computer. If you purchased (around 20. 00) a file sharing program so you don't get destroyed with pop-up ads is one way. Or if you had an extra computer you could set it up that way too. You would need a broadband connection in either case.
