Is there such a thing as a person who locates vehicles?

I was wondering if there is such a person who goes out finds car for people, I'm not looking for a stolen one obviously, but wanting a particular type of truck. Where would I find such a person?

Most big dealerships that do a lot of lease buyback business work with an auction guy. Those guys are usually independent buyers that buy cars for the dealerships. Those are the guys that can usually find anything. If you know somone in car sales they might be able to hook you up with one of those guys.

I used a broker when I bought my CTD. They do all searching and make the deal for you, thus bypassing all of the haggling involved. The guy I used was very picky and would only find low mileage units. I told him everything that I was looking for on the truck, and he found exactly what I was looking for. Most of the brokers have a network they work with. Pretty good experience all around.

I agree. There's nothing I like better than looking at/for trucks. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
