The engine in the brochure has the same bore and stroke as the 6. 7 L engine that will be in the Dodge Pickup and is currently in the Cab Chasis product. There is also a 6 cylinder version of this engine as well. It meets Euro 4 emissions by using a selective catalytic reduction system in the exhuast. This engine does not have EGR and it has a rear gear train, unlike what Dodge will have.
There is a Cummins B4. 5s and B6. 7s that only have a larger bore compared to the B3. 9 and B5. 9, but these were structural block engines. A structural block engine is one use typically in a piece of farm equipment in which the engine is part of the frame or chassis. Also, these engines only had mechanical fuel systems, which is why they don't IS or QS in front of the engine name.
