Is vacuum needed on Boost gauge?

Hello ya all, Autometer has 2 different boost gauges... . one is strictly 0-30psi boost and the other one is 0-30 vacuum/0-30 boost. Which one do I need? I'm also getting the 0-15 electrical FP gauge. Does anyone have this and do you like it? Thanks for your help! Cliff

No you do not need a vacuum reading gauge.



Which gauge line are you getting? There should be a 0 to 30psi, 0 to 35 psi, 0 to 50psi, 0 to 60psi in some of there line of gauges. Which series did you pick?

Then yes your stuck with the 0 to 35 psi as your only option.
