Is your trailer for sale ?

I got home the other day and found a note in my door. It was a computer printed note telling me to call this guy if my trailer was for sale. This is the third time this has happened to me in the last couple of years. The first two times, someone was just driving thru the neighborhood, saw my trailer, slammed on their brakes and backed up, and walked right up to the front door. Has anyone else had this happen ?



Keep in mind, my trailer is about 24 years old and I use it for camping, hunting, and fishing. Since I live in Washington, it sometimes does have a little moss growing on it.



Maybe, since the advent of craigslist, trailers arent advertised locally in the newspaper any more ?

I wish that happened to me, gonna sell one of my trailers soon and not looking forwards to the Craigslist folk

Trust me when I tell you that craigslist used trailers are not always what they are advertised to be. It's quite a compliment for someone to see yours and make an offer to buy.

Burning Man is just around the corner. Older trailers will get snapped up for the Burners to use in the desert. If you have an older trailer you want to sell, especially on the west coast, now is the time. Put "Burning Man Special" in the title.

Burning Man is possible. It is also not unheard of for the criminal element to use a trailer as a mobile meth-lab. Either a camping trailer or a cargo trailer.
