Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) ISB Mounted Air Pump????

Is there a way to mount a pump on the engine? There are some threaded areas alongside the thermostat housing (facimg the rad) but not sure about space for any pump? What about an electric one? Want it for an air horn, seats, air bags etc... .
