isc engine fuel issues

we have a 2000 Dutch Star Newmar motorhome with a ISC engine Motor # 45957704 330 HP @ 2000 RPM model R534-AA2-001. The unit sits a lot and we found that the last time we tried to start it it wouldn't run. it cranks and wants to run but didn't. we discovered bad fuel and drained and cleaned the fuel tank and filters and replaced the lift pump. we still can't seem to get fuel thru to the ejectors. a new HP pump is about $4000. is there a way we can clean the HP pump without removing it? I feel that it may be clogged with jelled fuel. The enjectors have been cleaned. tried cranking the motor with an enjector disconnected and got very little fuel. any suggestions would be appreciated. The RV is in Arizona and I will be back out there in a month so want to be ready to start working on the fix. Thanks for your help.

does anyone kn ow where I can get a schematic of the High Pressure injector pump? I have been to there is an inspection cover that can be removed to clean the pump without removal of the pump.

If it is a CAPS engine, the fuel system is very similar to the early 24 valve with the VP44. Injectors are mechanical and need manually bled once the lift pump has been properly primed, IE good fuel flow to the injection pump.

Aside from that, a scanner will be your friend. I wouldn't replace any parts without one.

I know Cummings has a repair facility in Tucson, but their mobile unit comes out of Masa/ Glendale, and I am not ready to have the RV towed yet. I was hoping someone on this forum might live in the area and have a moment to stop by and voice an opinion. I would love to find a qualified person that works on their own or after normal work hours and give them the money that a huge commercial shop. just sayin.

We replaced the HP pump, blead the injectors and the moter started. We ran it for 30 minutes and shut do. When we tried to restart it would not run. We have since replaced the fuel filter, reblead the injectors and still won't run. When bleading injectors I have to open the lines almost a turn and then get lots of fuel. I thought I should be able to just "crack" open the lines and get fuel but I don't unless I open further. Any thoughts?
