Hi everyone! First, I want to Thank "Shovelhead" for all his help but want to get different ideas on this concern that I have before I order my isspro's from wildcatdiesel. I'm unsure whether to buy the "rainbow" EV style or the Non- rainbow EV gauge? I plan to mount my 3 gauges on the apiller and prefer the looks of the rainbow style but have heard that some have a difficult time reading the gauge. I'm not sure if it is only a night time lighting issue or daytime issue. Sooooo... ... ... ... . :D If you could throw some thoughts my way so that I can make the best decision and get these ordered (before the money runs out) ;) I would appreciate it. Thanks , Cliff

I second what bmoeller said about if you let some very well trusted person drive your truck - it's intuitive. Green is go, Yellow is slow down, Red is stop! Simple.

As far as readability, I say no problem. I even put a blue bulb cover on to tone it down a bit and get the color closer to the factory gauges. Mine are mounted on the triple A-pillar, so no problem reading them. The reflection in the convex lense used to bother me, but I guess I'm used to it now.

It's a comfort to have fuel pressure and EGT gauges and fun to have a boost gauge. Having them mounted on the A-pillar is ideal and the  factor is undeniable!

I looked at these gauges as well. I ended buying the white face. The reason I replied is that I just added some pics of mine that show day and night pics. Just so you can see the lighting and see them in the a pillar pod. If you are not interested in white faces I thought you would enjoy seeing the Isspro's lit a night.
