I ended up buying a isspro fuel pressure gauge from Geno's, and their Vulcan fuel hose kit and a restriction R7800 isspro, and a Tork Tek snubber and a Lasco needle valve 17-1901. The needle valve is their if I need to shut off the fuel, but between the tork tek snubber .008 and the isspro restrictor valve .010. you'll end up opening the needle valve all most full open. I installed the parts in the order of the listed parts below, this is installed on a 1997 dodge Cummins. and
PART NUMBERS
TORK TEK, CBS010
LASCO NEEDLE VALVE, 17-1901
VULCAN FUEL KIT, VULCAN-FH
ISSPRO RESTRICTOR VALVE .010, R7800
ISSPRO GAUGE, ISS-R17055

I also have an Isspro EV pressure gauge. No snubber, just the needle valve. Works great with the valve just barely cracked open. I used a flexible grease gun hose.

Is yours hook up to the pump? and does your gauge sweep faster or about the same as mine?I was talking with Michael at isspro about how to set it up, this is the set up I went with. Got to give isspro a shoot out, THEY WERE A BIG HELP ON MY 97 SET UP.

I tapped the inlet banjo and attached the hose. I don't know how fast your gauge sweeps, but mine shows pressure within a few seconds. I'm using a 100 psi gauge. I bought another sensor and have it installed in the top of the oil filter head. The wires of both sensors go to a toggle switch so I can monitor the pressure of which one I choose.

Nice, If you look at the first you- tube video in the post,it shows how fast the gauge sweeps on start up.
Thanks Dave
