After the first hole was drilled and then the magnets cleaned and replaced on manifold. When the last magnet is removed, the remaining chips "jump" on it, leaving the manifold fairly clean.

Hole 3, the final hole before tapping. I thought the tap would be hard, but with a little oil on the threads, I turned it with my fingers.

This was the first pass into the manifold looking for stray chips. It took 3 passes to come out clean.

This is the depth of the manifold from the top to bottoming out inside.

Three things... Heat shrink all wires and connections, the blue handled wire strippers make a perfect "strip" every time, dog fur won't come out of my mats.
